Power Boost is handled on Cox's end; it doesn't require installing or
doing anything to take advantage of it, aside from a DOCSIS 1.1 or
better modem. They recently raised their rates, I believe "Premier" is
$69.99/mo, total. I recently upgraded to the new "Ultimate" tier
(50Mbps down) under a promotional offer to receive it for the same price
as "Premier" for 1 year.
