[Lvlug] Cox Internet Power Boost and Linux?

To my knowledge "powerboost" has nothing to do with running any
software on your machine. As I understand it... Powerboost is the
ability to use up any available bandwidth on the node you are on.
Whatever available bandwidth there is you get... briefly.

So this is really just a QOS that gives you a boost until someone else
makes a request. Giving you a head start downloading/streaming a video
or whatnot.
