[Lvlug] Clear Modems 4 Sale

No, Clear is losing so much money they will not let you create a new account
with a previously owned modem because they lose out on two things.

1) You can go month to month and not have to sign a contract and pay the
$5/mo fee.

2) New hardware sales

If you have an existing account you CAN add a previously owned modem to it,
just not create a new account with it :)
