Do you have a source or documentation for your statement?

If anyone buys a modem from me and is refused an
account with Clear because they have a "used" modem
I will give them their money back. Any proof would be
helpful, such as an audio recording. I doubt that they have
anything in writing about it.

I wouldn't have any problem taking them to small claims
court over this issue.
