[Lvlug] ITT Tech LVLUG Meetings

Hi John, I am bugging you so our next LVLUG meeting at ITT in Henderson
goes as smoothly as possible. My first concern is the the powers that be
at ITT see the LVLUG meetings as a benefit and not something to be
tolerated. So are there any rules and/or conditions we need to know
about? Those would incorporated in the 'Meeting Notice' on lvlug.org.

Areas of the 'Meeting Notice' that will need to be changed are;
1. Location/Time - I will change that monthly as needed.
2. Guard(s) - Need to be removed, replaced by  your name or ITT rep?
3. Food... - any changes by ITT needed there?
4. Projector - LVLUG will use their own, no need to expose ITT equip.

Other areas that have crossed my mind. Handicap access, really for
the 4 wheeled cart for hauling equipment, stairs aren't for me.
I'm going to try get the cart and equipment case loaded on the
electric wheel chair lift I just had installed on my car. Do we need
signs to direct people to the meeting room? No need for people
wandering around. Will there be a building sign-in?

The only physical things really needed by LVLUG besides the room
are Internet access and power for multiple PC's. I have all of the
other equipment needed for the meetings.

Note to LVLUG members, John and I talked about alternate
meetings days of Saturday and Sundays. Sunday meetings
would probably start at 1pm or later to to let people finish
church services. Also we would alternate between Henderson
and Las Vegas Locations. We are attempting to solve the
it's too far from where I live and I work Saturdays problems.
