[Lvlug] Microsoft Appeals Court Order Regarding Word

Poor Microsoft <chuckle, chuckle> got convicted of patent infringement on Word's XML.  They have until October to get the offending parts out of Word or else remove it from the market totally.  They're appealing asking for more time on "humanitarian" grounds saying consumers would be "injured" by its absence.
