[LVAS] question on 13th messier marathon

Im not sure if this is the proper channel for asking questions. Is the
messier marathon open to non members? I want to attend one day. I plan to
get there around 4 pm to set up my nexstar, and stay until a bit after
midnight and pack it in to head back to las vegas.
