All,
 
Just thought it might be beneficial to explain the formula for calculating the FOV. Many of you are already aware of the meaning of the (division by 4) I feel sure. 
 
Dividing by 4. What is the 4? 
 
A star on or near the equator moves westward at a rate of 15° per hour. 
 
Equals: 1° in 4 minutes, or 15 arc minutes in one minute.
