[LVAS] Observer's Challenge

Folks,

I've posted the July and August Observer's Challenge reports and also 
posted the Challenge Object for September.  I hope we have more folks 
participate in this month's challenge.  Also, look at the Small Scope 
Challenge for July and August.  I haven't had any submissions for the 
SSC yet. I'm hoping it's just off to a slow start.  I plan to attack the 
SSC objects and the new September Observer's Challenge object while at 
Cathedral Gorge this month.
