well i can asure you it was absoluty wonderful at redstone lastnight but definatly looksl.ike wind tonight

After I posted this, I was talking to my mom who lives in Palmdale. Yup, it is very windy and cold there. Whatever happens in Palmdale is usually just a few hours ahead of what happens here.

Looks like the weather is not going to cooperate:

Forecast for Redstone:

This Afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 85. South wind between 5 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. 

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. South southeast wind 14 to 17 mph decreasing to between 5 and 8 mph. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph.
