Subject: [Lvas] Rob's Images From Death Valley



All,
 
I had "temporarily" lost Rob's image, and was wanting to print. These were the pictures that spawned my interest in believing that I could see both Omega Centauri and Centaurus A from close proximity to my home. 
 
The latitude from Death Valley was not significantly different from my site...as best as I can remember.  
 
We may want to consider both of these objects for our observers challenge next year...when we are all "very" prepared. 
 
I want to do like Rob and observe early morning during January or February, when transparency is much improved for me. I want a better view and sketch of Centaurus A.
