FYI -

After I picked up my telescope from Rob's place today, I dropped by 
the Aliente Station IMAX theater to see if it was fake or not.  When 
I asked at the box office how big the screen was, the girl said it 
went from the floor to the ceiling.  I asked again, then clarified 
that I wanted to know if it was one of the "fake" IMAX screens, only 
58 feet instead of 72.  She called a manager, who escorted me to the theater.

Unfortunately, it appears to be fake.  I do not believe the screen is 
72 feet high.  The sound seemed okay, though I just walked halfway 
into the theater before I realized the screen was too small.

They are charging IMAX prices ($15) for Star Trek.  Granted, it is a 
bigger screen than where I saw Star Trek, but it is not an IMAX.
