[Lvas] Virgo Diamond Sketch in LV

LVAS all,

 

Fred has just informed me that he received my sketch of the Virgo Diamond yesterday. This will to given away at your next meeting. I believe that your meeting is Thursday night? 

 

I would appreciate the name of the person who receives. I have many sketches of galaxies and other all across the country and I keep a list of all who receive.

 

Remember, it is small and dim. I do not embellish my sketches to present as celestial art. I attempt to draw it as close as possible to what I see through the telescope.   

 

The Diamond is as following:

 

1. Dennis di Cicco, S&T magazine 

2. Tom English NC

3. Jim Mullaney, Astronomer, lecturer, book author

4. Paul Webb SC

5. Fred Rayworth, Nevada

6. Las Vegas Astronomical Society (recipient unknown at current)

7. Brian Skiff,  Lowell Observatory 

 

I did not write the name in my sketch list, only LV, but soemone in the LVAS has NGC-3190 Leo galaxy group #5, and also the following. 

 

NGC-5350 Galaxy #1

NGC-5907 Galaxy #1

 

If you have these sketches would you please let me know. I will write your name in my sketch sequel list.
