[Lvas] Rob's Image of N-2403

Roger/Guys,

All three of our Observer Challenges have now been posted on the LVAS 
website.  I'm still proofing and editing them but they are close to 
being finished.  If you have other sketches or photos you would like me 
to include, please forward them to me.

Thanks for your efforts in this project.  I think it will add a lot to 
the LVAS website.
