[Lvas] April Observing Challenge - Markharian's Chain

Guys,

May I assume that you wouldn't mind me posting our Observation 
Challenges on the LVAS website.  That would make our observations, 
photos, and sketches available to a much larger group and who knows, it 
may inspire others to greater heights in observing.  I would like to 
make this a regular page on our site.

Do I have your approval/concurrence?
