[Lvas] July Objects - Observers Challenge

Roger/Fred,
As I was preparing to post the results of our June Challenge and
introducing the Challenge for July, I was reviewing emails for material
for the July Challenge. In the email below, I agree that we should have
only one object per month. As more folks participate, the report
articles might get quite long, especially with two objects. Therefore,
our July Challenge will only include M27 and we'll hold M-2 for August.
I'll introduce both challenges in July so folks can begin to work on
M-2. You can never tell when the weather won't cooperate, so this will
give folks ample opportunity to observe the object before the end of August.
I'll try to have both the June report and the July/August Challenges
posted tonight.
