Jim,
Excellent. I will begin using this for all of my field sketches. Just printed a copy. I also like the "extra" room for notes. During the winter at 25° and gloves, it is difficult to write small.
This circle is the perfect diameter for astronomical sketches. I have tried every size possible.
I have found that a too small circle, such as a 3 x 5 note card is too small. However works good for double and multiple stars. A circle too large can present problems, as it is difficult to put all features to the proper scale as related to each other.
I enjoy doing pencil sketches on white paper, and always do my field sketches with this system.
I will certainly make use of this. I may transfer one of my M-13 sketches with the propeller to one for this months observers challenge.
I like this one much better than the one that I have been using for the past twenty years...among others.
Jim, thanks again...
Roger
