Hi Rob,

Any chance we can use a classroom with tables and chairs? 
Maybe set up a coffee pot/ tea?

I think the groups could be divided into interests such as telescope/ mount mechanics & optics & atm, visual observing & sketching ( get Roger over here), ccd / dslr imaging,  astronomy science. The groups could be subdivided or combined as needed to keep size managable.

It would probably be best to have the groups led by officers/ senior members but the groups should be fluid  including the leadership. I'm sure even you ( obvious choice for ccd group), will have an occasional question for another group.
