I might have access to a laser engraver that can also be used to "cut " a  
larger hole
in the OTA
I did prior work for this firm when they had need of a CAD Draftsman..and  
was taught how to use the laser
I will contact them to see if they still have their second laser which is  
large enough to accommodate the length of the tube
