[Lvas] July Objects

Hi Roger,

Not sure what you're asking about the July object for small scopes.  If 
you're asking about extending the deadline for it also, I had already 
done that at the bottom of the initial announcement. 

I'm now looking forward to our outing to Belmont, NV, so I can work on 
the July and August objects.
