Yes.  You have to add 2 hours and 6 minutes to the Red Spot transit 
times, so I did that for your convenience.

And rather than subtract 2.5 hours to get the time the Black Spot 
comes around the corner, note that the Red Spot Transit time is about 
the same.  So just look up the Red Spot transit time, and you'll know 
the Black Spot will be visible Real Soon and be visible for several hours.
