SpaceWeather.com posted that you can add 2:06 hours to Sky and 
Telescope's Red Spot Transit times to get the transit time of the 
Black Spot.  Here's come calculated times (PDT) for the next few 
days.  Note that subtracting about 2.5 hours gives the approximate 
time it comes around the limb of the planet.
