[Lvas] Observing Saturday July 24

well i am sure like most of us i am kicking myself for not going to observe last night. however i have decided along with another observer that waiting until next month to get to a dark site just isn't acceptable.

armagosa here we come!!!! i know its Sunday and most have to be up for work Monday morning but fortunately i don't. i would like to invite anyone who would like to go out with us tonight to come on out.
the area we set up in is nothing more then a large dirt lot of the road between lathrop wells and armagosa.
anyone wanting to go is more then welcome. we will be meeting at the terribles gas station on lake mead and buffalo at 6pm and will be caravaning from there at 6:15 pm sharp. you can contact me @ 702-539-4284 if you would like to get more info or just to let us know your going to meet up.

Well, the Clear Sky Clock never has been very accurate when the 
weather consists of popcorn thundershowers.  Looks like I'll be in 
all night, throwing playing cards into the end of a newtonian from 
across the room.  Double points for face cards...
