Thanks for the prompt reply!

This is the mount:
http://www.skywatchertelescope.net/swtinc/product.php?id=122&class1=3&class2=304

I purchased this to power it:
http://www.celestron.com/c3/product.php?ProdID=371

But when I try to charge the Power Tank, it will not charge. So I am left
with nothing to plug my mount into. What I'm trying to determine is if there
is some way to get it to work without that, and without plugging it into my
car. So you are saying I can buy an adapter called "12-volt DC - 2A
(tip positive)" that I can use to plug it directly into an outlet?

Let me know if I am understanding correctly.
