[LVAS] November Observer's Challange

Guys,

I've posted the November Observer's Challenge.  Please give it a look and let me know if there are any corrections that need to be made.

I'll get the Challenge Issue for December out tonight, I hope.

If you have the email addresses for the other contributors from North Carolina and Oklahoma, would you please forward them to me?  I would like to add them to my distribution lists for the LVAS bulletins and notices.
