[Lvas] Desert observing tips / Anybody up for observing this week?

Jonathan,

 

I guess everyone else has already told you about observing here, but I will be going out to Redstone Saturday night, if the weather clears. Would love to see you there. I am a hard-core visual observer and use star charts, a finder, and a green laser pointer.
