Fred,
We had the Red Rock Public Star Party last night, so I didn't get to do
any personal observing. Had about 150 people there last night and about
8 scopes. Not a bad crowd since I didn't get to advertise in the papers
this month. Skies were pretty clear, not sure about the stability, but
it didn't really matter. Got to show a pretty good crowd M51, M81, M82,
the Leo Triplet M65/66, M104, M1, and the Horsehead. Not bad viewing
for Red Rock.
I hope to get out to Red Stone this next weekend and see what I can
capture of the Virgo Cluster and the Virgo Diamond.
Take care and hoping for clear skies this next weekend.
