[Lvas] Where is the "Saw Mill" trailhead?

It's about 13 miles up Lee Canyon Road.  You pass the weather station 
on the left at about 10 miles.  A couple miles further, the road 
curves left, then right and straightens out again.  On that straight 
run, a right turn lane will open up, and that's your turn.  Can't miss it.
